I had a fantastic stay at The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience enjoyable. however, the open bathroom concept was a bit too much for my preference, lacking privacy. Overall, the hotel's facilities and location made my visit nice.
